As Rafi’s son, Beto is carrying forward more than a family name. He’s learning the skills, work ethic, and responsibility that come with serving customers the Busby’s way. From working alongside experienced plumbers to getting hands-on experience in the field, every job is another opportunity to learn the trade and build on the legacy that came before him.
Beto brings energy, determination, and a willingness to learn to the crew. He may be one of the younger members of the team, but he’s surrounded by mentors who understand that great plumbers aren’t made overnight—they’re built through experience, hard work, and doing the job right.
